Production Facilities
We are flexible in terms of providing high-quality materials, techniques, and designs. Thru our own facilities and associated factories, we have all the technologies needed to meet our client’s standards and expectations.

We always produce samples first

Sampling
Once the patterns are cut, the sample-making process begins. We make samples based on the exact fabric our client has chosen to get an immediate impression of what the final product would look like.
Once the sample is done, it will be shipped to the client to check if the output needs alterations or is good to go for bulk production.
Production Process

01. Spinning
To attain quality yarns, we have associated with big-scale spinning factories in China that are capable of manufacturing different types of yarns – natural fibers, synthetic, or blended.

02. Dyeing
This is the vital process of applying color to fiber stock, yarn, or fabric. Our associate factories specialize in different dyeing techniques – exhaust dyeing in a jet, direct dyes, reactive dyes, acid dyes, or disperse dyes.

03. Weaving
Rapier weaving machines and high-speed electronic jacquard weaving machines are used to create a large production of fabrics with different designs and patterns.

04. Printing
We use different printing methods depending on what’s best to achieve the design our clients want. We usually use bed screen printing, hand screen printing, or digital printing.

05. Fabric Cutting
The cutting process is done either manually or with the use of computerized cutting machines. Our staff usually do the simple cutting while the cutting machines are used on more complicated cutting requirements.

06. Sewing
Different types of sewing machines are also supplied in the factory such as high-speed lock-stitch sewing machines and bar-tacking sewing machines.

07. Inspection
Final inspection is done to make sure no needle is still attached to the product. A garment test is also done to check the size, color fastness, resistance, odor, and style accuracy.

08. Packing
The final process is packing. We provide customized packing services such as by individual product, by type, by set, or by anything our clients request that would best fit their budget, brand and marketing style.
